Dr. Valles is a Co-PI for the newly awarded TXST FY25 Research Enhancement Program (REP) for the Pulsed Laser Annealing for Enhanced Doping and Phase Purity in Synthetic Diamonds for Advanced Electronic and Energy Applications, $16,000.00 with Dr. Ariful Haque (PI).

IEEE BIBM-AIBH 2024 Paper Accepted!

Dr. Valles’sData Augmentation for Classifying Multiple Sclerosis Severity through Inertial Measurement Unit-Based Gait Analysis” collaborative paper has been accepted to the Seventh Workshop in Artificial Intelligence Techniques for BioMedicine and HealthCare (AIBH) at the 2024 IEEE International Conference on Bioinformatics and Biomedicine (IEEE BIBM 2024) and will be presented in December in Lisbon, Portugal.
